Every laminated cover is precision cut on our twin-table Gerber CNC leather cutting system or Pathfinder cutting systems, then sewn and finished across our production floor of over 85 Durkopp sewing stations and 6 large format CNC sewing centers. Our solvent-free lamination process reduces VOC emissions, supports a cleaner manufacturing environment, and contributes to a healthier aircraft cabin interior — all while delivering the premium finish and long-term in-service performance that modern airline interior programs demand.

Our production floor is among the most capable in commercial aviation seat cover manufacturing — equipped with over 85 Durkopp sewing stations, 6 large format CNC sewing centers, a twin-table Gerber CNC leather cutting system, two Pathfinder cutting systems dedicated to fabrics and synthetics, two 4-color 4-station embroidery centers, and a dedicated pattern maker with a full digitizing suite. This breadth of equipment allows our artisans to execute complex designs, intricate embroidery, and decorative stitching, embossing, and quilting at scale — with every cover delivered as a turnkey, ready-to-install component.
